For parents of rising 5th-11th grade girls
As educators of girls, we understand that there is no difference in what boys and girls can learn, but there are many differences in how they learn. For the past 114 years, recognizing how to empower girls to reach their full potential has been our focus at GPS. Our teachers use a wide variety of pedagogical approaches in the classroom designed for how girls learn best. Our learning strategies focus on interdisciplinary connections, building relationships, combating perfectionism, instilling a growth mindset, and building confidence. To learn more about these essential elements, along with many others, and what truly makes us a school for girls, please join us for this session with Head of Upper School Jenise Gordon and Head of Middle School Lynne Macziewski.
